Description:
3 consecutive numbered C39's ready one of the few dirt trains to run from Wayne/Lincoln Park to Jersey City. The dirt was carried in soon to be retired Conrail ore jenny's to a golf course under construction in Liberty State Park. Everything in this phot from the rails, to the freight cars to the railroad to the locomotives are now a memory. Date approximate, from a Koadchrome 200 slide.
